• Paul Lim (ex-corporate leader behind the success of MonaVie & Jeunesse in SE Asia) has brought on Suwat Wangworatrakul to help build out Thailand.
• Suwat is already driving growth — 200+ new members in the last 5 weeks, and momentum is building fast. We engaged Suwat in mid August.
• Paul brings inroads into Singapore, Malaysia, and China, which will allow Arego to scale quickly throughout Asia. Paul also brings access to proven products that have previously driven $840M/year for another company in the very recent past. That company closed thier doors due to compensation plan issues, which has opened a huge vacuum of demand.

NUMBERS & INVESTMENT
Arego Brands, a C-Corporation, is seeking a total investment commitment of $6.6 million, beginning with an immediate $1.6 million capital raise.
The purpose of this initial raise is speed and focus:

Speed: Accelerate product production to stay ahead of the rapidly growing sales momentum in Asia.

Focus: Until now, the company’s foundation has been built by a dedicated team balancing full-time jobs and self-funding efforts. It’s time for a concentrated push to scale the business. We plan to hire a few key players while maintaining a lean operating model as we grow.
The additional $5 million would be deployed over the next 2–3 years as we expand into new markets. This capital would only be drawn if, based on our modeling, market momentum exceeds what revenue alone can sustain.
We use Carta for cap table management to ensure transparency and accuracy. Investment terms will primarily use a SAFE agreement, with the option to offer royalty arrangements or a percentage of revenue. A convertible note can also be an option. We are open to negotiate with the right partners.
